  • Training Prerequisites
  • To take this ITIL framework module, candidates must hold either:
  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
  • OR
  • Managing Professional Certificate
  • AND
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they have a minimum of three years of managerial experience.
