Risk Management – M_O_R Foundation

The term ‘M_O_R- management of risk’ integrates all the activities needed to classify and manage the risk, which may have an impact on the attainment of a corporate’s business goals. M_o_R considers risk from diverse perspectives within a corporate: strategic, program, operational and project. This course is planned to help individuals and corporates to build an effective framework for Risk Management. Students will gain the capability and confidence to shape and influence risk management across a corporate. Students will also be able to discuss business matters in a practical approach to meet organization’s goals, advance service delivery and attain value for capital.
